I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Kendell while I've lead two different organizations in Winnipeg.  During that time, has acted as a trusted colleague but also a mentor. He has assisted me to develop complex budgets with multiple income sources, discuss difficult HR issues, and offered support (being an Executive Director can be a lonely position).  Recently I approached Kendell to submit a proposal to assist my organization to redevelop its By-laws and an Employee Code of Conduct.  His proposal not only pleased my board of directors but was also chosen to be submitted with a grant request so this important work can be completed.  Working with Kendell also brings a smile to my face and warmth to my heart because of his tremendous spirit for loving some of the most under-loved.
