Service Description

Leadership is full of hurdles, self-conflicts, and stress that can make decision making not as optimal as our roles require. Leaders need support, advisement, and another perspective that has been in their role and situations to help guide them through tough times. You as a leader, or your as someone who manages a leadership team need times to re-ground, plan actions from a solution-based approach, or to gain the needed motivation to advance to the next stage of progress. Advisement and mentorship are vital for newer leaders, and leaders who are more seasoned and fact tough period of time for their organizations. Whether you are a board member looking to give your organization's leader or leadership team that edge to achieve your current goal, an Executive Director or Chief Executive Officer needing an advisor, or in a decision-making role and require that extra level of support this will be a partnership that will support you in a focused, and meaningful way. This can occur on a situational basis, or we can work on a partnership in which you receive the ongoing support you need! Examples of how this would look in practice could include an hour session once or more a month of time where you have one-on-one time with myself to go through hurdles you've had, brainstorming for advice on a topic, or I can prepare topics and material ahead of time as a sort of "learning plan". This arrangement is as flexible as you would like, and customized to you.
